The Science of ADHD & The Six Pillars of Health

Wednesday 14 October 2026 | 7pm
The Mascall Centre, Ludlow
Tickets: £10

Presented by Andy Stone (ADHD Andy), this engaging one-hour talk is designed for people with ADHD, parents, carers, educators and anyone looking to better understand and support ADHD.

Andy combines accessible ADHD science with lived experience, exploring dopamine, motivation, executive function, emotional regulation, addiction and practical lifestyle strategies that can help people work with their ADHD brain rather than constantly fighting against it.

The talk also focuses on recognising and positively channelling ADHD strengths. Andy shares how traits including hyperfocus, perseverance, resilience and a willingness to take on challenges helped him transform his own life — from struggling at school and addiction to becoming 11 years sober and a Guinness World Record holder, completing 70 × 70.3-mile Ironman triathlons in 75 days.

If you support people with ADHD, neurodivergent individuals or their families, we would really appreciate it if you could display the attached poster or share it with your staff, parents, service users or wider community. It may help someone looking for ADHD support, greater understanding or simply some practical tools to come along.

Tickets are available here:

  • Inspirational talks sharing Andy's journey from being expelled from two high schools and struggling with addiction to recovery and achieving a Guinness World Record.

If you would be interested in Andy speaking at your school or organisation, please feel free to get in touch.
